At Whitestone Professionals, we take an unusual approach to strategic planning. We start with the belief that God has a purpose for your organization, and specific activities for your team to accomplish. There is a race marked out for your organization, and for each member of your team. With that understanding as a foundation, we work with your leadership team to prayerfully put together a strategic plan. All of our strategic planning starts with teaching the members of your team to discern how God communicates with. Then, our strategic planning coaches will then take your team through a process of discerning God’s specific purposes and plans for the organization and/or for each team member in their specific role.

Whitestone Professionals assist your leadership team to create a map that is customized to your organization. Corporate Strategic Planning also serves as a way to help teams learn how to work together. Our coaches facilitate agreement in where you are going and how you are going to get there.

It doesn’t stop there. Once you have your plan, you need to implement it! Whitestone Professionals can provide ongoing coaching on a monthly or quarterly basis to help your team STAY on track. We all need course corrections; let us assist you in making them.
